How to play

Tap or click a pipe to rotate 90°. Use keyboard: Tab to focus, Enter or Space to rotate, R restart, N new puzzle. Water flows automatically from the central spring. Blue glow = connected to spring.

Why budget matters

The board is generated from a solved state, then scrambled. The budget is misaligned tiles +2. That guarantees at least one solution within budget and creates near-miss tension. One rotation can serve multiple houses — that's where skill grows.

Strategy

Start from houses backward. Preserve T-junctions that already serve two houses. Leave straight pieces for last. If you exceed budget, restart — the initial scramble is saved.
